Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of YT Auto Tool (“the app”). By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The app helps its operator plan, create, schedule, and upload original videos to YouTube channels that the operator owns and connects. The app is provided for the operator’s own use.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own, or have the right to manage, any YouTube channel you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube’s Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
• You must not use the app to upload content you do not have the right to publish, or to infringe anyone else’s rights.

3. Google and YouTube

The app uses YouTube API Services. Your use of those features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage or revoke the app’s access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Availability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change over time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the app is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
