This Privacy Policy explains how YT Auto Tool (“the app”, “we”) accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when the operator uses the app to manage their own YouTube channels. The app is operated by its owner and is contactable at subhanumar5656@gmail.com.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

This app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information obtained through the YouTube API is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Information we access

The app only accesses data for YouTube channels that the operator personally signs in to and authorizes through Google’s secure OAuth consent screen. Depending on what the operator connects, this may include:

• Basic channel information (channel name, ID) needed to upload on the operator’s behalf.
• The ability to upload, edit, schedule, and manage videos on the operator’s own channel.
• The operator’s own channel and video performance statistics (views, watch time, engagement).

The app does not access, collect, or store data from any account other than the one the operator authorizes. It does not request a password; sign-in is handled entirely by Google.

3. How we use the information

Accessed information is used only to:

• Upload, schedule, and manage videos the operator creates with the app on their own channel.
• Show the operator their own channel’s analytics inside the app’s private dashboard.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we never sell it.

4. Storage and protection

The app runs on the operator’s own private server. Google sign-in tokens and channel data are stored on that server and are used only to perform the actions above. We do not share this data with any third party, except Google’s own APIs that are required to perform the requested actions.

5. Data retention and deletion

Data is kept only while it is needed to operate the connected channel, and working files created while making a video are deleted automatically after the video is finished. The operator can disconnect a channel at any time, which removes its stored access tokens.

The operator can also revoke the app’s access to their Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any data held about you, contact subhanumar5656@gmail.com.

6. Limited use disclosure

The app’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
